Grace E. Terrell MD MMM is a national thought leader in health care innovation and delivery system reform, and a serial entrepreneur in population health outcomes driven through patient care model design, clinical and information integration, and value-based payment models. She is Chief Medical Officer at IKS Health, an international health care company designing simple solutions for the complex problems in health care. She has been a practicing general internist for more than thirty years. She has served as CEO of several companies, including Eventus WholeHealth, LLC., a company focused on providing holistic care to medically vulnerable adults and Cornerstone Health Care, one of the first medical groups to make the “move to value” by lowering the cost of care and improving its quality for the sickest, most vulnerable patients.

Dr. Terrell was the founding CEO of CHESS, a population health management company, and the former CEO of Envision Genomics, a company focused on the integration of precision medicine technology into population health frameworks for patients with rare and undiagnosed diseases. Dr. Terrell has served as vice chair of the U.S. DHHS’ Physician-Focused Payment Model Technical Advisory Committee, the chairman of the board of the AMGA, is a founding member of the Oliver Wyman Health Innovation Center, the author of several books, including Value - Based Care and Payment Models, Reframing Contemporary Physician Leadership: We Stated as Heroes and Strategies for Recognizing and Eliminating Gender Bias for Healthcare Leaders. She is currently executive in residence at Duke University School of Medicine’s MMCi Program, a Senior Advisor for Oliver Wyman Health and Life Sciences consulting practice, and a member of the board of trustees of Guilford College.

Sri Madabushi, Ph.D.

Sri Madabushi is the EVP of Strategic Partnerships, Health Systems, at IKS Health. In his role, he oversees Product and Operations efforts to help build out and scale our VBC business rapidly.

Prior to IKS he was a co-founder of Google Health and helped lead its global business development efforts over the past 8+ years. Sri has held a variety of high-profile roles there across different business units such as Health, Brain (Google’s premier AI/ML team), and Cloud. Prior to that, Sri was associated with Novartis Diagnostics where he was the Region Head & GM of Southeast Asia. He started his career as a management consultant at ZS Associates and is trained as a scientist with a Ph.D. in Computational Biology from Baylor College of Medicine (Houston, TX). He has a bachelor’s degree in Human Biology & Biophysics from All India Institute of Medical Sciences (New Delhi, India).

Vijay Venkatesan

Chief Technology Officer, IKS Health

With a proven track record of leveraging emerging technologies like Generative AI, machine learning, and big data analytics, Vijay brings deep expertise in building AI-based products, enhancing data management, and creating cutting-edge technology platforms. His leadership has been instrumental in transforming healthcare organizations by driving data-driven decision-making, improving patient care, and developing value-based partnerships.

Before joining IKS Health, Vijay held leadership roles at Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield of New Jersey, Providence St Joseph Health, and Sutter Health, where he played a key role in leading enterprise-wide digital initiatives, developing predictive models, and building cloud-based platforms that significantly improved both clinical and operational outcomes.

Vijay holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer & Information Science from Cleveland State University; and an Executive Master of Business Administration from the University of Michigan. He is also a well-respected speaker at industry forums such as Beckers, HIMSS, and Gartner, and is a member of the CDO Magazine’s Global Editorial Board.

Ajai Sehgal

Chief AI Officer, IKS Health

Ajai Sehgal joined IKS in August 2025 as its first Chief AI Officer. Previously, Ajai was Mayo Clinic’s Chief Data & Analytics Officer from December 2020 until retiring in November 2024, with a focus on enabling the ethical use of Mayo Clinic’s 159 years of data to inform the evolution of medicine and the development of future cures for the benefit of all of humanity. He was additionally appointed Chair, Digital Technology - Center for Digital Health in January 2024. Ajai has extensive experience in data, analytics, and AI based product and technology with global scale.

Ajai served as CTO/CIO for Eagleview from December 2017 until September 2020 and the Chemistry Group as its CTO/CIO from January to December 2017 as well as Hootsuite as its CTO/CIO from 2014 to 2017, leading Data & Analytics, Software Engineering, IT, Security, and Operations. Prior to Hootsuite, he spent 16 years with the Royal Canadian Airforce before joining Microsoft in Redmond WA. While at Microsoft, he helped found and scale Expedia from a small group of 40 people within Microsoft into a new public company that became the world’s largest travel agency.

Dr. Vish Anantraman

Chief Technology Officer, Centauri Health Solutions

Dr. Vish Anantraman brings more than 20 years of experience in healthcare information technology to Centauri Health Solutions, including application development, enterprise architecture, building an enterprise-wide data and AI platforms, and developing an extensive private HIE.

Prior to joining Centauri, Vish executive leadership positions including Chief Technology Officer at Mayo Clinic, Vice President, Product Management at Eclipsys for inpatient EHRs, and Chief Technology Innovation Officer at Northwell Health. Additionally, he co-founded an award-winning startup, Dimagi, Inc., which provides clinical decision support to rural health workers around the world. He holds a Master’s Degree in Medical Informatics from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.

Dr. Eric Williamson

Chief Medical Information Officer, Mayo Clinic

Dr. Williamson is Professor of Radiology at Mayo Clinic in Rochester, Minnesota, where he serves as Chair of the Radiology Department.

He earned his BA from Baylor University and his MD from Mayo Medical School. He completed his residency in Diagnostic Radiology at Mayo Clinic Rochester, followed by a fellowship in Noninvasive Cardiovascular Imaging at Stanford University in Palo Alto, California.

Dr. Williamson specializes in cardiac and vascular CT, with a focus on structural heart disease. He previously held roles as Division Chair of Cardiovascular Radiology and Medical Director of CT Operations at Mayo Clinic. A recipient of the Gold Medal of the Society of Cardiovascular CT, he is a recognized speaker at national and international conferences on functional cardiac imaging and contrast media. He is also co-editor of two textbooks: Mayo Clinic Guide to Cardiac Magnetic Resonance Imaging and Computed Tomography of the Cardiovascular System.

Currently, Dr. Williamson serves as Chief Medical Informatics Officer at Mayo Clinic. He is the former Chair of Enterprise Radiology Informatics and previously led the Enterprise Radiology AI Program. He also directs the ANIMATE program at Mayo Clinic, which focuses on integrating multispecialty AI tools into clinical practice.

David Fitzgerald

Chief Executive Officer, OrthoNY

Dave Fitzgerald is a visionary and strategic chief executive with proven skills building and scaling healthcare organizations through solid decision-making in all functional areas of physician enterprises. Dave is the CEO of OrthoNY, a multi-specialty orthopedic practice in Upstate New York. In his role, he is responsible for the continued growth of OrthoNY while ensuring the quality of patient care and corporate culture remain at the highest level across the organization’s eight orthopedic clinics and three surgery centers. He recently led the practice through a successful recapitalization becoming the founding member of Evolve Orthopedic Partners.

Dave has held multiple C-suite roles in his career. He was the CEO at Frontier Derm Partners where he led a multi-state PE sponsored physician platform of 100+ dermatology providers in over 40 locations. He built strategy to focus on clinical quality in tandem with efficient and accountable operations. He drove a vision of rapid and controlled change and developed dual branding strategy for regional areas. Dave previously served as the CEO of Proliance Surgeons, a physician owned surgical specialty and ASC company that grew during his 17 years from 60 physicians/2 ASCs to over 275 physicians/24 ASCs.

Dr. Jerry Penso, M.D.

Sachin K. Gupta

Before founding IKS Health, Sachin served as a director of strategic accounts at Lionbridge Technologies, a leading technology-enabled service provider. He led the healthcare provider initiatives at Lionbridge which included partnering with Beverly Enterprises (now Golden Living) in its very successful financial turnaround. Sachin has a successful history of working in and/or building technology-enabled organizations such as Majoris (now Valtech), Rolta, and Selectica, which enabled Fortune 500 enterprises to operate more efficiently.

Mary Jo Williamson

Nithya Balasubramanian

Chief Financial Officer, IKS Health

Nithya Balasubramanian is the Chief Financial Officer of our company. She holds a bachelor’s degree in electrical and electronics engineering from the Birla University of Technology & Science, Rajasthan, and a postgraduate diploma in management from the Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore. She has over 16 years of experience in the field of corporate finance and equities research. She has previously worked with McKinsey & Company, Inc. as their engagement manager, Cipla Limited as their vice president, and AllianceBernstein Business Services Private Limited as their vice president/director, senior research analyst. She is responsible for the global financial operations, administration and facilities, ERP, investor relations, and the overall business strategy of the company.

Dr. David Wang, M.D.

Executive Vice President, Value Based Care, IKS Health

David Wang is the EVP of Care Delivery for VBC at IKS Health.. Before joining IKS Health, Dr. Wang was the Chief Operating Officer at Mass Advantage, a provider-owned health plan, where he was responsible for overseeing plan operations and driving performance. His areas of focus included total cost of care, quality, risk adjustment, member experience, and network strategy. Collaborating with health system partners, he developed care models designed for success under global capitation.

Earlier in his career, Dr. Wang led the palliative care service line at Scripps Health, expanding the team from 18 to 50 clinicians. As a cross-functional leader, he worked closely with teams across the organization to transform care delivery within risk-based payment models. Dr. Wang is also a recognized thought leader in complex care, with 75 peer-reviewed publications and numerous national presentations.

Dr. Wang earned his AB in Economics from Harvard College and his MD from the University of Massachusetts. He completed his residency in emergency medicine at Stanford University and a fellowship in palliative medicine at the University of California, San Francisco. Dr. Wang lives in San Diego, CA with his wife, Judy, and their two sons, Desmond and Theo.
