Joe Benardello
Co-Founder & Chief Growth Officer, IKS Health
Joe Benardello is a co-founder of IKS Health and its chief growth officer. He is a key member of the executive team responsible for the organization’s growth and success, including taking IKS Health public in December 2024 on the National Stock Exchange of India.
Under Joe’s tenure, more than 600 top U.S. health organizations are working with IKS Health to become stronger, more efficient, and better positioned for the future. He is at the helm of the company’s growth and marketing strategy and is a respected thought leader in the healthcare and technology industries. Joe is a passionate principal who drives solution design, implementation, and delivery to address the regulatory, technological, and fiscal challenges facing healthcare organizations today.
With a strong background in technology, Joe served as vice president at Lionbridge Technologies for several lines of business, including healthcare. He joined Lionbridge from eTesting Labs, where he built and led the go-to-market strategy. Under his leadership, eTesting Labs was strategically acquired by Lionbridge in 2002. He lives in Los Angeles and attended UCLA and California State University.
Kevin Conroy

Kevin Conroy serves as Chief Strategic Partnership Officer at IKS Health. In this role, he leads the organization’s strategic partnerships and provider investments, working closely with leadership and care enablement teams to support physicians and provider organizations in delivering high-quality, efficient patient care.
Kevin brings over 30 years of executive experience across public and private healthcare, with deep expertise in value-based care, healthcare delivery redesign, and clinical outcomes optimization. He has held senior leadership roles at Optum Tri-State, CareMount Medical, and WellCare of New York and has been a trusted strategic advisor to IKS Health. Dr. Edward Fidalgo, MD
Chief Executive Officer & Chairman of the Board, Femwell Group Health
Dr. Fidalgo is a founding member of both Femwell Group Health and VitalMD. A graduate of the University of Miami Medical School and Jackson Memorial Hospital, Dr. Fidalgo is a board-certified OB/GYN with 25 years of private practice experience at Miami OB/GYN, LLC, in Coconut Grove, Florida. As a founding member of both companies, Dr. Fidalgo has two decades of experience in the large group practice model. Beginning with a 30-physician OB/GYN group practice, VitalMD has become a multispecialty group, with a focus in primary care, pediatrics, and OB/GYN with over 800 practitioners. It is one of the first medical groups in the nation to embrace the “LLC” model and has successfully sustained its presence in the South Florida market. Femwell Group Health is an MSO that has serviced the growth of VitalMD with a combination of technology and innovative management techniques.
Dr. Fidalgo serves as Chairman of the Board of Femwell Group Health, the Executive Committee of VitalMD, the Board of VitalMD, Chairman of the Pathology Committee of VitalMD, and is the Director of the Political Action Committee of VitalMD.
Dr. Scott Fowler, MD
President & Chief Executive Officer, Emergent ACO, LLC
Dr. Scott Fowler, JD, MD, FACOG, is president and chief executive officer of Holston Medical Group (HMG), a physician-owned and led multispecialty group serving Northeast Tennessee and Southwest Virginia. He is a nationally recognized expert and speaker on the role of physician leaders in creating value in healthcare, the importance of a common medical record to patient engagement and quality of care, and leveraging technology to facilitate patient-centered care coordination. Under Dr. Fowler’s leadership, HMG has grown to more than 1150 team members, 260 physicians and mid-level providers, 53 office locations, and over 30 medical specialties and services, making HMG the health partner for life for the region it serves.
Dr. Fowler is CEO of the Emergent Accountable Care Organization (ACO), which includes more than 800 independent physicians across the United States, all connected to the OnePartner Health Information Exchange to care for nearly 50,000 Medicare beneficiaries. Dr. Fowler is CEO of OnePartner, a technology company providing data center services, healthcare transformation consulting and services, and an interoperable platform for physicians and patients nationally. Dr. Fowler serves on the AMGA Value-Based Advisory Board and the CIGNA Advisory Board.
Marisa Greenwald
Partner, Oliver Wyman
Marisa Greenwald is a seasoned professional in health and life sciences consulting, currently serving as a partner at Oliver Wyman since April 2024, following a decade at EY-Parthenon, where Marisa was a partner leading the Healthcare Strategy Practice. Prior experience includes roles as senior director, healthcare strategy, and associate manager at IQVIA, providing strategic consulting and market research to biopharmaceutical clients. Marisa began a career in public service as a legislative aide in the U.S. House of Representatives and held a position as a speechwriter assistant in the U.S. Senate. Marisa holds a BA in Government from Cornell University, an MA in Political Science and Government from The Johns Hopkins University, and an MBA in Marketing from Boston University’s, Questrom School of Business.
Sachin K. Gupta

Erin Kennedy

Erin Kennedy is Senior Vice President – Sales at IKS Health, leading the Multi-Specialty Sales organization. With over two decades of experience advancing transformational growth across the healthcare sector, she brings a strong track record of building, scaling, and guiding high-performing sales teams to sustained success.
A seasoned healthcare executive, she has successfully led complex sales teams through operational expansion, new product launches, and enterprise-wide transformation initiatives. Her experience also includes M&A integration, with a strong focus on maximizing the value generated from product development and acquisition investments. Erin has been instrumental in establishing replicable, consistent processes for introducing new solutions to the market, working in close collaboration with cross-functional and matrix partners to ensure seamless execution and sustained growth.
Dr. Sri Madabushi
Executive Vice President, Health System Partnerships, IKS Health
Sri Madabushi is the EVP and General Manager of Value-Based Care (VBC) at IKS. In his role, he oversees product and operations efforts to help build out and scale our VBC business rapidly.
Prior to IKS Health, he was a co-founder of Google Health and helped lead its global business development efforts over the past 8+ years. Sri has held a variety of high-profile roles there across different business units, such as Health, Brain (Google’s premier AI/ML team), and Cloud. Prior to that, Sri was associated with Novartis Diagnostics, where he was the Region Head & GM of Southeast Asia. He started his career as a management consultant at ZS Associates and is trained as a scientist with a Ph.D. in computational biology from Baylor College of Medicine (Houston, TX). He has a bachelor’s degree in human biology & biophysics from the All India Institute of Medical Sciences (New Delhi, India).
Edward Marx

Mayank Pant

Mayank is an accomplished healthcare leader and entrepreneur. In the past two decades, he has consulted and advised some of the nation’s most influential healthcare organizations, helping them manage costs, optimize revenue, and deploy technology. At IKS Health, Mayank leads the product innovation and growth pursuits for our margin and coding practices.
Before coming to IKS Health, Mayank co-founded Reventics, Inc. At Reventics, Mayank headed the new product innovation and growth strategy. Before Reventics, Mayank spent over a decade at Sutherland Healthcare Solutions in India and the US, managing different roles across P&L management, customer advisory, and innovation.
Dr. Jerry Penso, MD
President & Chief Executive Officer, AMGA
Dr. Jerry Penso, M.D., M.B.A., is president and chief executive officer at AMGA, a trade association that represents medical groups and other organized systems of care, including some of the nation’s largest, most influential integrated healthcare delivery systems. Dr. Penso previously served as chief medical and quality officer for AMGA and president of the AMGA Foundation. Under his leadership, the impact of AMGA’s quality programs grew to improve care for 26 million patients. Prior to joining AMGA, Dr. Penso served as medical director, continuum of care, for Sharp Rees-Stealy Medical Group (SRSMG), the largest integrated healthcare delivery system in San Diego.
Dr. David Russian, MD
Chief Executive Officer, Western Washington Medical Group
Dr. David Russian is the CEO of Western Washington Medical Group (WWMG). Under Dr. Russian’s leadership, WWMG is the only independent medical group in Snohomish County, Washington State. After 30 years, WWMG is still owned by its providers who live in the communities they serve. This independence enables us to make decisions in the best interest of our patients and our community.
Dr. Russian is a board certified sleep medicine physician, as well as a pulmonary physician. He specializes in treating patients with sleep disorders such as sleep apnea, insomnia, restless leg syndrome, and narcolepsy.
He received his medical degree from Washington University in St. Louis and did his residency at NYU Bellevue Hospital Center in New York City. Dr. Russian’s fellowships were completed at the National Institutes of Health in Washington, DC, and the University of Washington in Seattle. He is a Fellow of the American College of Chest Physicians and a Diplomate of the American Academy of Sleep Medicine.
Ajai Sehgal

Ajai Sehgal serves as Chief AI Officer at IKS Health, leading the organization’s enterprise-wide AI vision and strategy to harness data, analytics, and advanced technologies for accelerating innovation, improving outcomes, and amplifying impact across the healthcare ecosystem.
A seasoned leader with experience spanning startups to Fortune 100 companies, Ajai was most recently the inaugural Chief Data & Analytics Officer at Mayo Clinic, where he drove the use of over a century of clinical data to power breakthrough medical innovations and elevate patient care. He also served as chair of digital technology at the Mayo Clinic’s Center for Digital Health.
Ajai’s global leadership experience includes senior technology roles at EagleView, Hootsuite, and The Chemistry Group, overseeing data & analytics, software engineering, IT, security, and operations. Earlier in his career, he served 16 years in the Royal Canadian Air Force before joining Microsoft, where he played a key role in founding and scaling Expedia into the world’s largest travel agency. A strong advocate for responsible AI innovation, Ajai continues to mentor and advise within the broader technology community.
Dan Shellenbarger

Dan is a partner in Oliver Wyman’s Health & Life Sciences practice and focuses on helping health systems, hospitals, and payers develop new enterprise strategies to deal with legislated reform and emerging marketplace demands. Dan works with senior leadership teams to connect immediate revenue growth opportunities to longer-term transformations around value and population health. Dan also leads ongoing research on emerging value-based care delivery models and is a frequent speaker at industry events.
Bryant Stetz
Chief Information Officer, Rothman Orthopaedic Institute
Bryant Stetz serves as the chief information officer at Rothman Orthopaedic Institute, one of the world’s largest and most prestigious private orthopedic practices. With over 15 years of leadership experience at the intersection of healthcare and technology, he oversees the strategic vision and execution of the institute's IT infrastructure, information and cyber security teams, and drives operational efficiency gains through AI and process automation.
Dr. Grace Terrell, MD, MMM
Chief Medical Officer, IKS Health
Dr. Terrell leads the clinical leadership team for IKS Health that provides clinical input and guidance for product evolution with the aim of improving care delivery and patient safety.
Dr. Terrell is a national thought leader in the US for healthcare innovation and delivery system reform and also a serial entrepreneur in population health outcomes driven through patient care model design, clinical and information integration, and value-based payment models. She is also a practicing general internist.
Dr. Terrell has served as CEO of several companies, including Eventus WholeHealth, LLC., a company focused on providing holistic care to medically vulnerable adults and Cornerstone Health Care, one of the first medical groups to make the “move to value” by lowering the cost of care and improving its quality for the sickest, most vulnerable patients.
Dr. Terrell was the founding CEO of CHESS, a population health management company, and the former CEO of Envision Genomics, a company focused on the integration of precision medicine technology into population health frameworks for patients with rare and undiagnosed diseases. Dr. Terrell has served as vice chair of the U.S. DHHS’ Physician-Focused Payment Model Technical Advisory Committee, the chairman of the board of the AMGA, a founding member of the Oliver Wyman Health Innovation Center, the author of Value–Based Care and Payment Models, and Reframing Contemporary Physician Leadership: We Stated as Heroes.
Dr. Terrell is currently executive in residence at Duke University School of Medicine’s Masters in Clinical Informatics program, a senior advisor for the Oliver Wyman management consulting firm, and a member of the board of directors of Guilford College.
Dr. Terrell holds a doctorate in medicine from Duke University School of Medicine and a master’s degree in medical management from Carnegie Mellon University.
Dr. Eric Williamson
Chief Medical Information Officer, Mayo Clinic Laboratories,
Dr. Eric Williamson is a professor of radiology at the Mayo Clinic in Rochester, Minnesota. He is a former division chair of cardiovascular radiology and medical director of CT operations at Mayo Clinic. Dr. Williamson currently serves as associate chair for Radiology Informatics at Mayo Clinic and supervises the radiology artificial intelligence program.
Dr. Williamson received his BA degree from Baylor University and obtained his MD from Mayo Medical School. He completed his residency in diagnostic radiology at Mayo Clinic Rochester and a fellowship in noninvasive cardiovascular imaging at Stanford University in Palo Alto, California. Dr. Williamson has a subspecialty interest in cardiac and vascular CT and cardiac MRI, focusing on imaging of structural heart disease. He is co-editor of two textbooks, the Mayo Clinic Guide to Cardiac Magnetic Resonance Imaging and Computed Tomography of the Cardiovascular System. Dr. Williamson served as president of the Society of Cardiovascular CT from 2021 to 2022.
